I manage this store completely by myself. So make things easier, I will put all the orders in on the 15th and last day of the month.

After that it usually takes at most a week for items to ship and receive.

This is normal. Depending on what you order (prints, stickers, etc.) they are packaged and shipped differently so you may receive some merch earlier than others.

All sales are final. If the post office loses or damages your package I can give you some links to get in contact with the USPS, but for international customers you should reach out to your local post office to get thing figured out.

I use printful to make my merch so I can only make what they have.

Charms, body pillows, etc. are items I usually have for cons since they’re expensive to make and I would have to ship them personally. ( which I don’t have a lot of time to do)
